I'm sorry about what's happening; anger is really heavy on the heart. You need to acknowledge and process your anger and what you're angry about because it's dangerous to let your anger fester. Anger can be a good thing; it shows that you care about something and that you want what's right. However, understand that being angry over something you shouldn't be isn't right and can cause a lot of damage. Take whatever moment you need to try and calm down so that you can better channel this anger into positive change or understanding. It takes wisdom, strength, and maturity to step back and give yourself the space you need to gain perspective. God calls you to be the bigger person, and I know you are capable—I've seen you do it over and over. Know that I would probably be angry about whatever it is you're angry about too. I wholeheartedly believe that you have the strength to get rid of pettiness and find the resolution you need so that you can turn this anger into something constructive. I love you; you’ve got this.
